If the goods have been sent to you within that 14 day period you may cancel your contract by returning the goods. The cancellation period commences after receiving these instructions in written form, but not prior to the receipt of the goods and not prior to us having fulfilled our duty to provide the relevant information according to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with §1 section 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duty to provide relevant information corresponding to § 312e section 1 line 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. - Consequences of cancellation -
In case of a valid cancellation, all benefits received by the contracting parties as well as any benefits accrued (e.g. interest), if applicable, shall be returned. If you are unable or partially unable to return the goods or benefits or if you can only return the goods in a condition that is worse than its original condition you are required to make us whole for the loss suffered. This does not apply if the impairment of the goods is due to the initial review and testing of the goods that would be considered to be normal. For this purpose such normal testing of the characteristics and functions of the products shall mean the normal testing as would be possible and considered normal in a retail store.

Items that can be shipped by parcel (“paketversandfähige Sachen”) shall be returned at our risk.  You are obliged to bear the costs of the return shipment if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered, and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros, or in case the price of the goods exceeds 40 Euros and you have not yet paid for it or rendered a contractually agreed upon partial payment. In all other cases, the return shipment for you is free of charge. Items that cannot be repackaged for return will be picked up. All obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you this period begins with the sending of the cancellation declaration or the return of the goods, for us the period starts with the receipt of the respective declaration or goods.

- End of right of cancellation instructions -
(2) The right of cancellation does not exist in relation to contracts for the shipment of goods that have been tailor made to customer specifications, are clearly made to fit personal specific requirements, are not suitable for return shipment, perish quickly or if the expiry date would lapse.

§5 Delivery, Delivery Times, Shipping Costs
(1) The shipment of the goods takes place via normal postal delivery to the delivery address specified by the Buyer. If pre-payment via bank transfer is agreed, the delivery date will be in general within 5 working days after receiving the payment on our account. In all other cases, delivery in general takes place within 5 working days after sending the order confirmation. The stated delivery times are not binding but are provided merely as an indication. Delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for termination of the agreement or for the payment of damages to the Buyer, except in the case of deliberate delay. (3) We are not liable for the suitability of the goods for specific purposes, deliberated by the Buyer. The Buyer is obliged to check the goods for possible defects immediately after delivery. Liability for compensation for damages beyond these terms shall be excluded. Claims for warranty by junikit of the quality of the purchased item and law on product liability remain hereby unaffected.
